About Natalie

Wedding Girl Films founder, Natalie Ruffino admits, “Iʼm a sappy romantic. I love LOVE and I feel so honored to have the opportunities I get with people at their most special moments in life.” Wedding Girl Films was founded in 2015 when Natalieʼs friend begged her to shoot her sisterʼs wedding. “I told her Iʼd help out, but I wasnʼt quite sure what I was supposed to do. But then, I got there and it was like magic. I turned the video in and then all of sudden I had all of these referrals whoʼd watched the one video. I decided this would be a cool job, capturing weddings. And it was the best decision I ever made.” Natalie understands the excitement, stress, and overwhelming aspects of preparing such a big day. “Thereʼs so much that goes into planning a wedding. I like to make my presence as comforting as possible. I want them to feel like they have a friend in their corner.” Natalie enjoys getting to know her couples. “I like to get a sense of my couples. I like to ask how they met, how long theyʼve been together, when they knew that was their person. I really pride myself in finding those small intimate moments on their day. Everybody has their own unique way of expression and Iʼm thrilled I get to capture it.”
